Junior Bookkeeper
Comfort Property Management Inc. caters to managing properties in the condominium industry. Our aim is to service the condominium corporations with specialized and customized services at an affordable price, while remaining dedicated to servicing clients and their assets to the highest possible standard. We, in consultation with the client, establishes and maintains a proactive program to provide ongoing assistance with their financial matters and accounting concerns.
Currently, we are looking to hire a Junior Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. you will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and Office Manager.
The responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure proper approval in accordance with the company delegation or authority.
- Data entry: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Verify that the general ledger accounts are in accordance with the budget amounts.
- Ensure entries are allocated in a timely manner to facilitate bank reconciliations.
- Cordially respond to internal and external inquiries related to general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Review and monitor any discrepancies between sub ledger and general ledger accounts.
- Provide support to senior staff.
- General administration including filing and mailing of records.
- Ability to ensure that Record Keeping is accurate & organized.
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures of the company.

- Ability to work on a team.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software and other accounting software.
- Ability to understand financial statements and accounting procedures.
- Great understanding of GAAP.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
