What you’ll be doing:

- Gather approvals, craft awesome job postings, and design fit-for-purpose interview processes in line with our recruitment framework.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships with hiring managers and senior management.
- Keep track of your hiring data and regularly draw insights to continuously improve our processes and strategy.
- Champion diversity & inclusion best practices in all our hiring processes.
- Responsible for engaging with and finding top talent (e.g. attend recruitment events, job boards, strategic sourcing initiatives, creating relationships with local schools, etc.).
- Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lightspeed’s overall sourcing, recruitment hiring plan and objectives.

What you need to bring:

- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate functions (non-tech)
- Successful experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
- Experience advocating for diversity of thought and mentoring others on the value this brings.
- Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
