**Position Overview**:
We are actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and dependable **_Accounts Payable Clerk_** to join our dynamic team. As an **_Accounts Payable Clerk_** at Playground, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices and maintaining essential financial records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process supplier invoices for payment, verify and reconcile accounts payable statements.
- Review and verify the amounts invoiced by suppliers, purchase orders and expense reports.
- Prepare and process check, e-transfer and credit card payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all account payable transactions.
- Assist in coordination with other divisions.
- All other related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an AP role within a large organization in a high volume accounting department
- Proficient in Sage/Microsoft/Google Docs
- DEP in accounting. Knowledge of basic accounting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual.

En tant que **_Commis aux comptes payables_** chez Playground, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans nos opérations financières, garantissant le traitement fluide et précis des factures des fournisseurs et la tenue des dossiers financiers essentiels.

**Responsabilités**:

- Expérience dans un poste de comptable agréé au sein d'une grande organisation dans un service de comptabilité à fort volume.
- Traiter les factures des fournisseurs en vue de leur paiement, vérifier et rapprocher les états des comptes fournisseurs.
- Examiner et vérifier les montants facturés par les fournisseurs, les bons de commande et les notes de frais.
- Assurer le suivi des communications (courriel, téléphone) relatives aux comptes fournisseurs.
- Préparer et traiter les paiements par chèque, virement électronique et carte de crédit.
- Tenir des registres précis de toutes les transactions relatives aux comptes créditeurs.
- Contribuer à la coordination avec les autres divisions.
- Toutes les autres tâches connexes requises**.**

**Exigences**:

- Maîtrise de Sage/Microsoft/Google Docs.
- DEP en comptabilité. Connaissance des compétences de base en comptabilité.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter les délais.
- Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement similaire est un atout mais n'est pas nécessaire.
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Solides compétences en communication, tant écrite que verbale.
- Être bilingue.
