Onward Manufacturing is VERY excited to announce that we are continuing to grow our team. We are currently seeking a **Warranty Specialist** for our Waterloo location.
- This is an in office position._

Reporting to and under the direct supervision of our Senior Manager of Customer Interaction, the Warranty Specialist plays a key role in communicating with our dealer network and effectively leads the orchestrating and documenting of customer and consumer Warranty Products.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review of The Warranty Grid to monitor any CSR errors
- Input of warranty items and parts
- Identify any credit card errors on the website
- RTV for Lowes, Home Depot, and Rona
- Answer warranty calls for vendors
- Approve CSR orders in The Grid
- Warranty Dealer Faxes
- Respond to any Sales Rep. inquiries
- Back Office reports when required
- Handle voids for credit card companies

**HOURS**
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm during peak season from April to September.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:45pm during off peak season from September to March.

This position offers great opportunity to further administrative knowledge and skills within the company, leading to advancement and growth opportunities for the right fit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour
