**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager** to lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and support our dealership marketing teams. This role is responsible for guiding the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms, and supporting dealership marketing efforts through creative oversight and strategic guidance.

As the Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team, dealership managers, and external vendors to craft and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement. This is an **in-person role** based in Oshawa Ontario, requiring hands-on collaboration across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Strategy Development**: Lead the development and implementation of the Novus brand strategy to ensure a compelling and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
- **Integrated Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives, supporting both the Novus brand and individual dealership goals.
- **Creative Direction**: Provide strategic oversight and creative guidance to ensure all content and design align with the brand’s vision.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Manager of Dealership Marketing, Social Media and Engagement Specialist, and Creative and Graphic Designer to ensure cohesion across campaigns.
- **Performance Analysis**: Use data-driven insights to track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies as needed.
- **Innovation**: Stay informed on industry trends and propose innovative marketing solutions to keep the Novus brand at the forefront of the automotive industry.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- **5+ years of experience** in brand management, integrated marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of building and executing brand strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in **leading creative, strategic, and directional initiatives** to build and enhance a brand.
- **Strong leadership skills** with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- **Proficiency in digital marketing platforms** (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS tools, social media platforms) and an understanding of data analysis for optimizing marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to **influence and engage stakeholders** at all levels.
- A strong **portfolio** showcasing experience in integrated marketing campaigns, brand management, and creative direction.
- Familiarity with the **automotive industry** is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work **in-person** in Ontario, with hands-on involvement across multiple departments.
