**Admin Assistant**
- Winmar provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, etc._

**Job Title**

The position of **Admin Assistant** consists of administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

**General Responsibilities**

Customer Service

Communicating between homeowners, insurance and estimators

Opening jobs

Assisting with managing job information

Scheduling appointments

Obtaining quotes

Basic accounting - Invoicing, deposits, data entry, statements, etc.

Health & Safety and Marketing duties

Employee Orientation

Cleaning of office areas

Other company duties

**Terms Of Employment**

Permanent, full time

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm

**Experience**

6 months-1 year. Willing to train.

**Languages**

Speak English, Read English, Write English

**Essential Skills**

Computer skills, reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, finding information.

**Performance Skills**

Reliable, punctual, pays attention to detail, willing to learn, excellent written and verbal communication in English, no criminal record

Pay: $40,000.00-$40,001.00 per year
