Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Monitor food quality while preparing food
- Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
- Train and manage kitchen staffExperience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
- Experience in bartending is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailBenefits:
