Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the properties across GTA
- Efficiently handle client inquiries, complaints, and unforeseen incidents with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Perform general administrative duties, including document management and correspondence
- Maintain an office presence in our downtown location
- Oversee the management of commercial and residential properties situated in Downtown, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Scarborough

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in property management, including knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional and efficient manner
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property visits and inspections
- Flexibility to be on-call during after-hours periods as required
