The
JOB INFORMATION
- Anticipated Start: May 2023
- Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EDT
- Hybrid Role (on-site at least 3 days a week, with the option to work from home twice a week)
- Some travel for site visits will be required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Local area knowledge
- Building maintenance knowledge
- Computer proficiency (i.e. Google Suites, MS Office, QuickBooks)
- Managing Referrals across Departments
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to comfortably and confidently communicate with clients over the phone, are essential for success in this position
- Competency in the following:

- Residential Tenancies Act
- Ontario Human Rights
- Anti-Discrimination Act

The
** Property Manager** is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Property Manager is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
