MF Property Management is known for providing excellent property management to all different kinds of Condominiums including stacked homes, townhouses, mid-rise buildings, high-rise buildings and vacant land condominiums.
Duties of an Assistant Condominium Manager include supporting a fully licensed Condominium Manager while they manage a portfolio of condominium properties. The Assistant Condominium Manager would be working for 2 years towards their Limited License to fully manage condominiums while taking the required training courses outside of business hours.
Responsibilities of an Assistant Condominium Manager include guiding and taking direction from a volunteer Board of Directors; communicating with owners and contractors; preparing meeting packages and annual budgets; and reviewing monthly financial statements. The Assistant Condominium Manager will also become familiar with the properties and be involved in scheduling site walks, enforcement of rules and contracting service providers on behalf of the condominium. Managers must be available for after-hours emergencies and to attend board meetings, which may be in the evening.
Condominium management is a fast-paced, ever-changing industry and applicants should be able to prioritize and multi-task accordingly.
Applicants must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license; must have or be committed to obtaining a Condominium General License (which includes taking required courses; completing a police check); and have a proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
