Seeking to hire a Personal Assistant for an executive. The exec will need an independent and resourceful assistant to support him in his personal life and sometimes professional life. The assistant must provide responsive and high-quality services in a dynamic environment. The Personal Assistant works directly with the Executive Assistant in the planning, execution, and communication of their responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Help maintain, coordinate and manage weekly schedule
- Help buy things in person (i.e. office supplies, household materials, groceries)
- Manage household operations (i.e. coordinate with cleaners, arrange furniture, maintain aquarium, prepare basic meals)
- Drop off / pick up things as needed (access to a car preferred)
- Receives deliveries; picks up, sorts, and delivers incoming mail
- Performs reasonable personal or ancillary tasks and shopping

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in customer service would be advantageous
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Valid Driver’s license (preferably has access to a car)

**Compensation**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
