Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children's growth and development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage children in learning activities
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere

**Skills**:

- Computer literacy to utilize educational software and tools
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan lessons and activities
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of special education practices for diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication with students, parents, and staff
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate young learners
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children and their families
- Previous childcare experience is preferred
