Looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children? Aves Early Education is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educator substitutes to join our team.

**Compensation**: $24 - $30/hr (wage enhancement included)

Located in the heart of Richmond, BC, our facility is nestled in the vibrant London Landing area, with charming shops and the picturesque Steveston Village just a 10-minute walk away.

Our curriculum is centered around children’s interests, fostering a deep dive into their passions rather than surface-level activities. We believe in mindful reflections and setting up invitations to learning and provocations that extend beyond mere entertainment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement engaging activities and curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children and colleagues
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE or ECEA) certification
- Experience working with young children
- Flexible availabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively

**Job Types**: Temporary, Fly-In/Fly-Out, Casual

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
