**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting our home automation products and services. You will play a vital role in developing and executing effective Sales strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored home automation solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing data to assess performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align efforts and achieve common objectives
- Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content for promotional materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for customer service;
- 2+ years of experience in sales positions (Preferably with technical experience)
- Proven ability to develop and implement business plans to penetrate market and achieve targets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- able to identify, contact, follow up and close out sales leads in a timely manner
- Creative thinking and a flair for innovative marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Consistently achieves sales goals
- Analytical mindset, ability for solving problems
- Works in a systematic, methodological and orderly manner for true success
- Is comfortable with working in a rapidly changing environment.
- Valid class G driving license
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written presentations, etc.)
