The CO-OP program aims to introduce you to Mondelez and the Human Resource functions by rotating through multiple occupations within the department. This position is designed to provide you with real work experience and an opportunity to help you get to know us better & learn from you.

**More about this role**:
As a member of the Human Resources team, the Co-op Student, Human Resources will assist in delivering a broad range of Human Resources activities while demonstrating a superior level of customer service. You will provide support in the delivery of Human Resources systems and processes, as well as have the opportunity to contribute to HR-related projects in a manufacturing set-up.

**You will**:
Work collaboratively with HR teams to support business needs on various HR matters.

Support with various HR generalist activities including:
Continuous improvement of processes and practices.

Deliver on the Moments that Matter to our employees.

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to drive the Self-Service model in the manufacturing environment.

Provide labor relations administrative support in a unionized environment.

Other HR-related duties as assigned.

Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Previous Human Resources and/or administrative experience (preferred).

Someone with the discretion, tact, diplomacy, and mindfulness that are essential.
- Project Managemen _t certification or equivalent knowledge and experience is desired as this could be considered an asset for some specific roles available.

**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday to commute in person. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

**Duration**:Winter term. Start date January 2024 - End date Abril 2024. A potential extension in the Spring and fall of 2024 might be available based on performance.
