**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Join the team dedicated to caring for customers with Knowledge, Respect, and Integrity. As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service, manage service appointments, and ensure that warranty work/service work on RVs is properly diagnosed and repaired promptly. This role requires a strong understanding of Triple E RV systems and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and service technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough walkthroughs with customers before and after service to diagnose and record necessary repairs, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
- Perform examinations, tests, diagnoses, and repairs on various RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, hydraulics, battery charging systems, awnings, cabinetry, and general maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions to ensure efficient communication and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments and warranty work.
- Provide leadership support to service technicians, including conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure Service Work Procedures are up to date for service technicians.
- Prepare customer invoices, quotes, estimates, and MPI quotes accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the Warranty Manager.
- Stay updated on Technical Service Bulletins, campaigns, and recalls.
- Maintain an open-minded and curious approach, eager for continuous learning and development. Consistently upgrade and learn new skills as technology advances.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to effectively identify and resolve technical issues.
- Skills in examining, testing, and diagnosing RVs, as well as knowledge and repair experience of both older and current Triple E RV products, will be assets.
- Ability to work in an environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are the highest priority.
- Maintain adherence to company policies on RV care and operation.
- Possess a good attitude, patience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (M2M) software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus, actively listen, stay open-minded, and ask insightful questions when necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing stressful situations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Desire to upgrade and learn new skills as technology advances.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand information quickly.
- Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering the best results for Triple E.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Have the legal right to work in Canada.
- Valid Driver’s License.

**Working Conditions**:

- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm, on-site. Must be able to work overtime during the peak season.
- Work in the office and on the shopfloor. The shop is bright and clean, with minor dust and moderate chemical exposure.
- Safety eyewear is required on the shop floor.
