Join our team of experienced Shingle Roofers for the upcoming 2024 season. Alternatively, become a part of our team now and work with us for the remaining days of our current season before the layoff

We are on the lookout for 10+ shinglers to join us for the 2024 season. We value strong attention to detail and offer highly competitive wages for Northern Ontario. Our work environment is dynamic, encouraging continuous growth. We are in need of both installers and crew leaders.

We are specifically looking for individuals with expertise in:

- Ripping and preparing IKO systems
- Installing open metal valleys
- Installing architectural shingles
- Installing vents
- Experience with a break is advantageous
- Possession of a driver's license is also a plus
- *_VALID WORKING AT HEIGHTS/FALL ARREST IS REQUIRED_. Training course available in town/day course.

Our team gathers at the base office daily and travels together as a crew. We provide:

- Company Truck
- Tools and equipment

You will need to provide your own footwear, belt, and basic tools if necessary.

- Install and repair roofs using various materials such as asphalt, wood, and metal
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Install underlayment, insulation, and ventilation systems
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a shingler or in a related field such as carpentry or construction
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to roofing installations
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Familiarity with hand tools used in roofing installations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
