Role Overview:
The Corporate Development Analyst at Enfinite is a key member of the Corporate Strategy team. This role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis for various corporate functions, including operating portfolio performance, financial scenario analysis, and supporting cross-departmental growth. The Analyst will work closely with different teams to provide insights and support strategic decisions.

Core Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis and Valuation
- Update and maintain economic models of existing Enfinite assets
- Prepare ad-hoc valuation assessment tools and summaries for decision making
- Annual impairment analysis in support of the annual financial audit
- Scenario Analysis
- Support corporate forecasting by validating budgets and forecasts against the existing corporate valuation model
- Conduct financial analysis on proposed capital projects
- Work closely with the Markets team to support regulatory financial analysis and decision making
- Development
- As required, support business development in the creation of economic models
- Working with Development, provide analysis on the impact of proposed development in relation to the corporate valuation
- Evaluation, Analysis, and Reporting
- Support in the preparation of financial analysis for investment decisions and board presentations
- Work with commercial and development teams to support understanding of Canadian electricity market outlooks
- Perform ah-hoc analysis as required

Experience Required:

- 1-2 years of direct financial modelling experience in Valuations, Corporate Development, or Corporate Planning
- Advanced Excel skills supported by developing understanding of valuation techniques and financial metrics
- Ability to handle multiple projects at various stages
- Ability to translate complex financial, contractual information and other data points int
