Green Infrastructure Partners is currently hiring Regional Procurement Manager. As the Regional Procurement Manager, your job will be to coordinate and execute change implementation, day-to-day procure to pay processes, local sourcing, supplier performance, and working closely with other local and regional functions to successfully deploy Supply Chain business objectives. You will work hand in hand with the Procurement - Strategic Sourcing team on national agreement initiatives and implementation.

GIP is fast paced and entrepreneurial driven, and you must be prepared to balance local/regional decision making with corporate oversite and best practices. The Regional Procurement Manager is the key contact and liaison for all internal and external inquiries related to the program. Through a collaborative process involving operational staff, vendors, sourcing managers and internal stake holders, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining better procurement processes throughout your region, its facilities, operations and culture.

**Expertise and Program Development**:

- Take a critical approach to review and recommend supply chain improvements to support and improve all categories within your region
- Maintain excellent relationships with current vendors and serve as an initial escalation point for issue resolution, Takes a strategic approach to building and maintaining vendor relationships
- Scoping and creating regional savings goals, developing processes, coordinating and propelling execution on process improvements relating to procurement
- Communicating to senior management, sourcing managers on status, risks and process/product changes.
- This role will focus on developing and implementing procurement policies, leading and developing department employees, and organize the company’s purchasing activities.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Develop and support cross functional Procurement teams
- Manage complex supply chain management aspects of procurement
- Collectively streamlining and improving upon current process flows and coordinating the demand identification, procurement, and inventory management
- Active communication with different suppliers to improve the process between GIP & vendors
- Creating Purchasing Strategy Documents for assigned commodities, Develop and utilize demand forecast models
- Oversee contract compliance for key categories of spend and suppliers

**Reporting & Finance**:

- Support cost reduction activities and savings tracking
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable Team to resolve ongoing issues, Manage the invoice approval process flow and coordinate with the business and Finance as needed to ensure vendors are paid timely
- Ability to be able to understand the intricacies of each technology, process, software or tool when it comes to procurement across GIP’s ERP systems
- Develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings

**Field Leadership and Support**:

- Collaborate with and support local leadership.
- Coordinate with business units/vendors to develop feasible solutions and ensure business needs are being met
- Provide functional assistance and training in support of Purchase Order system across all databases
- Interface across Procurement teams to implement best practices and consistency between other regional procurement managers and operations
- Review and guide operations through the Procure to Pay process: requisition, Purchase Orders and help manage Capital Authorization Requests and provide recommendations for efficiency
