**Summary**:
Reporting to the Value Stream Leader, as the Assistant Value Stream Leader, you will support the Programs team by managing the complete delivery value stream from start of customer request through delivery and receivables management.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
Manage purchase order review in accordance with contract and organizational requirements and corresponding demand (sales order and forecast) management within the MRP Business System.
Conduct regular reviews of schedule alignments and work with the planning team on schedule changes.
Lead and administer the customer schedule demand reviews internally.
Act as primary customer interface on all delivery status from purchase order negotiation, delivery progress, final delivery notification and support in receivables collections.
Manage accounts receivable.
Assist with managing changes and support Change Board
Act as liaison between Tolouse and Oakville sites and assist in escalating shortages and quality issue resolution.
Monitor key SAP metrics supporting delivery progress in accordance with commitments, review on time delivery reports in co-ordination with operations and procurement.
Administer and manage customer warranty from initial report of rejection to the delivery and adjudication of the warranty/repair.
Administer and manage Customer reviews quarterly, collecting required inputs from the various IPT functions.
Manage customer dedicated stock and demand.
Perform other duties as assigned.
**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
A minimum of one year experience with SAP or other major business system.
A minimum one year of Material planning and MRP experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Demonstrated strong customer management skills with the ability to co-ordinate inter-functional teams and meetings.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project within a Windows environment.
Familiarity with PLM systems (Matrix, Smart Team)
Previous experience in a high demand/fast-paced work environment with the ability to multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
