Main tasks:
Conduct internal pay equity.
Carry out the internal staffing process.
Implement a staff attraction and retention strategy.
Ensure a good integration of new employees.
Manage CNESST, RRSP, training, and group insurance files.
Update human resources documents (employment confirmation form, evaluation form, job description, etc.).
Performance and conflict management.
Act as a resource person for employees on all matters related to human resources.
Have a good knowledge of current laws and regulations, best practices, and human resources trends.
Perform any other related tasks.
