Blesser/live Processor

**Role Description**:
Reporting to the Live Hang & Evisceration Supervisor, the Live Processor/Blesser is responsible for slicing and bleeding out Turkey missed by the automatic equipment on the live processing line or manually slicing and bleeding for the purpose of meeting our Halal certification. When blessing, they will be responsible for continually reciting Islamic phrases upon the birds to maintain our Halal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to accurately and efficiently performing duties to process quality Turkey products for our customers.
- Accountable to ensure a safe working environment for co-workers, customers, and visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in English both written and verbally.
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Must be of the Islamic Faith (Muslim) in order to maintain our Halal certification requirements. Documentation proof will be required.
