**Votre rôle et vos responsabilités**:

- Gestion de l'équipe de travail du service d'accueil, service à la clientèle, les entraîneurs personnels et de la halte-garderie
- Assure le développement professionnel de l'assistant(e) gérant(e)
- Assure la gestion du bon fonctionnement de tous les aspects du centre sportif
- Assurer l'atteinte aux objectifs de vente du centre sportif
- Garant de la qualité du service offert
- Assurer la propreté du centre

**Exigences du poste**:

- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en tant que responsable de vente au détail
- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en gestion d'employés
- Un diplôme d'études collégiales (administration ou communication)
- Une belle aisance en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)
- Fortes aptitudes organisationnelles

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Manage the front desk team, customer service, personal trainers and the drop-in centre
- Ensure the professional development of the assistant manager
- Ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the sports center
- Ensures that the sales objectives of the sports center are met
- Ensure the quality of the service offered
- Ensure the cleanliness of the center
- All other related tasks as requested

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as a retail sales manager
- At least 3 years experience in employee management
- A college diploma (administration or communication)
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills
