The German Company is a reliable partner valued by governments and public authorities throughout the world.- Position Overview- The Finance Coordinator plays an important role throughout the finance process, including: Establishing and maintaining internal controls. Providing monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses. Coordinating or assisting with the budget and forecast processes. Assisting the Regional Financial Controller in high demanding tasks.- Your Role/Duties**Accounting**:

- Help maintain accurate and timely financial records
- Manage, monitor, enforce and adhere to compliance guidelines and internal control systems
- Help maintain the corporate books of the regional legal entities
- Administer and monitor Purchase Orders
- Help prepare presentations to management as required
- Help prepare budgets and forecasts
- Oversee month end P&L analysis and internal reporting requirements
- Coordinate and maintain the regional asset tagging process

**Project Support**:

- Help prepare and monitor complex business plans
- Prepare and attend finance meetings as required
- Able to multi-task and deal with short notice changing priorities
- Willing to accept other tasks as needed
- Qualifications, Experience, and Educational Requirements**Work Experience**:

- 3-5 years experience as full cycle accountant and in financial analysis
- 2 years experience preparing business plans and financial projections

**Hard Skill Competencies and Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
- CPA or MBA designation
- Strong knowledge in finance, specially calculating payback times.
- Experience designing complex business plans in MS Excel
- Experience customizing high caliber presentations in MS PowerPoint or in similar packages
- Attention to detail is paramount

**Soft Skills Competencies**:

- A good communicator
- Showing enthusiasm, diplomacy and good attitude will go a long way
- Teamwork and able to establish alliances within the organization
- Quick conceptualizing to resolving problems
- A professional approach demonstrating high integrity and good work ethics
- Flexible and adaptable

**Working Conditions**:

- Working with a laptop for long periods of time
- Some traveling may be required
- Open concept office
