Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings, including coffee and catering services
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including assistant managers, bartenders, and banquet servers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to coordinate events and promotions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role is required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including coffee preparation and catering services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

**Salary**: $51,070.85-$58,685.59 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
