Junior Program Manager

Delta, Canada Asco Aerospace Canada Ltd. Full time

Working as part of the Commercial team, this role supports Program Management/Administration and has the opportunity to grow towards a Program Management position.

**Job Duties**
- Daily administrative tasks including downloading, reviewing, and entering customer purchase orders into the ERP system
- Monitor purchase order performance and communicate between divisions
- Act as the day-to-day communication point between customers (internal/external)
- Assist the Program Manager with customer reports, regular meetings, internal follow up and analysis
- Develop relationships with daily customer contacts, ensure a timely response to customer requests
- Support customer KPI analysis and monitoring
- Develop a clear understanding of the company manufacturing processes
- Participate in the implementation of new ERP system

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Diploma in a related field (Business, Marketing, Program Management) or equivalent, related experience
- Previous, related industry experience is considered an asset
- Possess a strong desire to learn the industry
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Previous experience with an ERP is considered an asset
- Autonomous; able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Is service-oriented and able to respond the customer in a timely, accurate, and responsive manner
- Able to exercise good judgement in dealing with confidential information
- Able to take initiative and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
