**Job Scope**:
Reporting to the Director of Distribution, the Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the initiation and maintenance of inventory controls, policies, standard procedures, and systems to achieve accurate financial inventory information. This is accomplished through a team of shipper/receivers who are responsible for executing inventory related functions in the warehouses, as well as a comprehensive analysis of inventory transactions to identify problems and recommend solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team to reconcile, audit, and complete inventory related tasks for day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Distribution and Operations to address any inventory related issues.
- Collaborate with Departmental Supervisors for inventory adjustments at all sites outside of primary distribution center.
- Develop and implement effective inventory strategies.
- Reconcile Warehouse Management System (WMS) counts to production counts and IN/OUT transfers.
- Reconcile item conversions and inventory in outside warehousing/3pl locations.
- Maintain monthly inventory rotation reports.
- Reconcile Internal Hold due to Cycle Counts.
- Publish daily/weekly/monthly inventory accuracy reports.
- Manage KPI reports and weekly business reviews.
- Recommend, evaluate, and optimal warehouse storage criteria for the Brampton DC.
- Create and execute cycle counts.
- Document and share any inventory discrepancies.
- Investigate and action customer shortages.
- Create and complete customer Return Merchandise Authorizations
- Provide effective Disposal Management
- Travel off-site to train on WMS and inventory processes.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct Capacity Management with optimization and maintenance of inbound inventory.
- Validate invoices sent by vendors for accuracy and contract compliance.
- Monitor the returns and refusal process, arrange disposals.
- Govern inventory and warehousing processes to ensure internal and external audit practices are followed.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution in Business or Supply Chain Management.
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in timely manner.
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Available to work flexible shifts as required.
