We are in the growing business of teaching and inspiring our students to learn and be inspired by the world around them.

We are looking for a qualified **Lead Teachers **to prepare small groups of students for classes. You will teach them important elements that will encounter soon to become early childhood educator assistant. A teacher must have a great love and patience for students. An excellent teacher must be able to communicate clearly, effectively and consistently. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of students.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for students
- Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach students.
- Observe each student to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Encourage students to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
- Track student's progress and report to administration
- Collaborate with other educators

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Lead Teacher in a facility for child development or preschool setting
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Ability to act as mediator between students

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
