**Your success will be defined by your ability to**:

- Dispatch cranes, operators, support equipment, and personnel to meet customer needs;
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and resource profile for 24-hour site wide crane operations;
- Schedule & request daily, weekly, and monthly resources for rental cranes;
- Prepare short term and multi-month integrated schedules for maintenance outages and turnarounds;
- Provide daily leader updates, identifying potential constraints/ deficiencies/ trends that could impact the schedule and recommend corrective action;
- Build schedules that minimize equipment downtime and maximize efficient/ effective use of resources;
- Maintain metrics for crane utilization reporting;
- Maintain and keep up-to-date miscellaneous trackers and schedules;
- Communicates effectively - and in a timely manner - with NCSG Dispatch / Administrators;
- Assist leaders in tracking & coordinating crane fleet maintenance;
- Assist client personnel in day-to-day activities;
- Scan / file documentation as required;
- Attend relevant planning meetings as required;
- Maintain safety as the #1 priority;
- Verify accuracy in individual timesheets and cross-reference those with applicable LEM’s / CWO;
- Maintains confidentiality;
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained;
- Ability to work remotely, as required;

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced branch/plant site environment carrying out a similar role;
- Minimum High School Diploma; additional related experience / training an asset;
- Previous experience with scheduling or dispatching an asset;
- Accommodating, personable and comfortable in dealing with a variety of different peers;
- Must be highly organized / focused and able to handle a full workload while having strong attention to detail;
- Excellent oral and written communications abilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Team player.

**Position Details**:

- 6 & 6 work schedule or 7 & 7 schedule to be determined by operational requirements, 10 hours per day (based on operational requirements). Weekend shifts and evening hours are a part of the position.
- Local resident preferred, if not local must be willing to relocate.
