Operations Administrator, Sales Executive

The Sales portion of the position involves, but is not limited to the following tasks:
Greeting customers on-site, online, and on the phone.

Providing accurate information about the products, and services we offer.

Speaking intelligently about the services we provide, eg. Security, climate control, flexible access hours, verses the competitions.

Generating leads through your own personal methods and sources.

Converting leads into loyal, satisfied customers.

Keeping detailed records to ensure any, and all potential customers are followed up with after inquiring about our services.

Vernon Storage Centre's Reception duties include, but are not limited too:
Filing rental agreements, receipts, and other miscellaneous documents.

Creating and then sending out invoices.

Booking appointments for maintenance and service contracts.

Performing collections calls, and keeping tenant's up to date on payments.

Light cleaning of the rental office, and around the facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
