**Job description**: We are expanding Pro Painters Muskoka is a premium paint contractor in search of another talented, detail-oriented craftsman/woman to join our tight-knit team on a full-time basis. Post-secondary education and residential painting is valued but not an absolute requirement. We will train the right individual from the ground up. We hire first and foremost based on attitude.

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a results-driven Job Site Manager (Painting Supervisor) to join our growing organization. In this position, you will serve as the point of contact for our employees and our customers and be expected to liaise between crew members, Management and customers. You must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams.
- Oversee daily operations
- Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Maintain and adhere to departmental budget
- Approve project plans
- Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
- Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
- Ensure compliance across the worksite
- Review all project contracts before submitting to management
- Answer inquiries from potential project partners
- Mediate on-site conflicts
- Prepare and submits bi-monthly progress reports
- Moving ladders, paint cans, and other painting equipment
- Helping build new homes and businesses and renovate existing ones
- Finding ways to reduce the costs of equipment and supplies
- Creating bills and invoices and receiving payments from customers
- Negotiating with customers and dealing with any complaints
- Driving trucks with painting supplies to and from work sites
- Keeping trucks and storage areas neat and clean
- Checking inventory, and ordering paint and other supplies when needed

**Job Site Manager skills and qualifications**:
Job Site Managers (JSMs) should lead by example, and are polite and professional. They can work independently and stay focused on a task for several hours at a time. They can also stay on their feet and do physical work for most of each day. Some of the top skills and qualifications for JSMs include:

- 3+ years’ experience in a construction environment or project-based work site
- Budget management experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Familiarity with developing a Site Safety plan
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good understanding of basic math and how to keep track of expenses to follow a budget
- Plenty of attention to detail
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or vocational school

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
