**Job Title**

Bilingual Litigation Claims Assistant

**What is the opportunity?**

As a Bilingual (French/English) Litigation Claims Assistant you will be responsible for providing litigation administrative support to the Life and Health Claims department in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary and digital environment. You will participate in projects within the department as required.

**What will you do?**
- Complete all Claims Assistant referral tasks and correspondence
- Prepare claim files for our Claims (Client Lawyer) and Legal (Statement of Claims) files and create and maintain caseload tracking spreadsheet. We must meet the regulatory requirements for providing copies of claim files to our clients.
- Work with our Claims Governance Consultant on special projects including tracking potential

**What do you need to succeed?**

Must-have
- 1 to 2 years administration experience preferably in the financial or insurance industry
- Fluently bilingual in both English and French, written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple goals and priorities
- Proven confidentiality skills in dealing with sensitive information
- Quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to build trust by being inclusive, candid, and sincere
- Minimum of a high school diploma
