We have car dealers across Canada utilizing our software to easily sell tires, wheels, and accessories both in-store and on the web.

**Key Accountabilities**

1. **Tire/Wheel Database Management**: Keep database current, become a Tire and Wheel expert. Setup and optimize winter tire and wheel packages for customers.

2. **Accessory Database Management**: Keep databases current, add and organize accessories for new vehicle models. Maintain product data prices, descriptions, images, videos, and data.

3. **Customer Support**:Develop expertise in QQuote software product and datasets such that you can manage customer issues and change requests. Develop expertise to help customers optimize and derive maximum benefit from the QQuote product. Deliver software demonstrations with confidence and train new users.

4. **Product Testing and Compliance**:Develop expertise such that you can support product QA testing and data/function compliance. Support development team in continuously innovating the platform for the end customer and to deliver enhancements to make the data team more efficient.

- Expert Tire/wheel knowledge including aftermarket wheel fitments and downsizing
- Interest in cars and technology
- Strong time management skills
- Analytical skills, confident working in Excel
- MS office/Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **BONUS**: Experience with Dealership Management System (DMS) like CDK, Serti, Reynolds and Reynolds, PBS, or other
- **BONUS**: Graphic design, website design, SEO, e-commerce, WordPress

**Remuneration**:

- Remuneration: $40-60K
- Opportunity for Bonus pay
- Location: Permanently remote
- Working hours: M-F, 8am-5pm (we can accommodate some flexibility, employee will be expected to support occasional need for extra hours during busy winter tire season, and to support dealerships in various Canadian time zones)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
