- Seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for a position involving Bio-Electric Lymph Drainage, Foot Bath, Gum Sha, Cupping, and Charting.
- Administration of Bio-Electric Lymphatic Drainage (BELD), Ionic Foot Baths, and Gua Sha treatments in collaboration with Practitioner.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided, but a strong desire to learn and a background in anatomy and physiology are essential.
- Responsibilities include providing patient care with attention to detail, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring clients receive exceptional care, social media treatment management.
- Success in this role is crucial to the overall performance of the clinic and necessitates professionalism, precision, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.You report to office Monday to Thursday between 11am-8pm, typically Friday - Sunday are off.

**Requirements**:

- Manage all interactions through to resolution using excellent customer service skills while delivering consistent key messages per the Homeopathic Practice Guidelines.
- Know when to escalate requests beyond the bounds of company policy.
- Calm, empathetic, caring attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication.
- Skilled with patient care.
- Lead a healthy lifestyle, non-smoker, take pride in yourself.
- Reliable commute to Sherbourne & Bloor (Sherbourne TTC- Toronto).

Experience & Education
- Courses in Anatomy & Physiology Mandatory.
- Familiarity with lymphatic system.
- Previous experience as a lymphatic drainage technician or international nurse preferred.
- Medical Office experience an asset but not required.

Training for the operation of the machine will be provided by a professional.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
