As an Accounts Payable clerk and Administrative Assistant, you will be working directly under the Office Manager and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to:

- Paying various accounts
- Issuing purchase orders
- Reconciling credit cards
- Entering invoices into accounting software
- Creating invoices as directed
- Assisting in processing payroll
- Verifying staff hours using scheduling software
- Assigning expenses to correct accounts
- Answer phones and take accurate messages

Various other administrative duties will include:

- Printing out safety documentation
- Filing documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing Job related paperwork
- Using Google Drive
- Able to effectively use technology
- Work independently
- Learn about the business as it pertains to the position
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Adapt to changes in duties

Compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
