**Responsabilités**:

- Être l'interlocutrice privilégiée des clients qui te seront attribués, établissant et entretenant avec eux des relations étroites ;
- Gérer le cycle de vie après-vente des clients, y compris le processus d'intégration technique pour les SDK mobiles et assurer la réussite du déploiement et l'assistance post-mise en œuvre ;
- Fournir une assistance technique aux clients, en les aidant à diagnostiquer et à résoudre tout problème survenant au cours de l'intégration et, ultérieurement, lors de l'utilisation ;
- Rechercher de manière proactive les possibilités de vente incitative (_Upselling_) et de vente croisée (_Cross-selling_) pour la suite de produits Mistplay ;
- Élaborer la documentation technique, y compris la documentation SDK et/ou API, les guides d'intégration et les spécifications techniques pour appuyer les éventuelles personnalisations des clients ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Ventes pour apporter une expertise technique au cours du processus de vente, notamment en effectuant des présentations techniques, des démonstrations de produits et en apportant une assistance en matière de questions techniques ;
- Acquérir et maintenir une compréhension approfondie des besoins commerciaux et des exigences techniques du client ;
- Assurer une veille permanente sur les dernières tendances et évolutions en matière d'Ad-Tech et d'intégration des SDK mobiles ;
- Mener les revues trimestrielles d'activité (QBR) avec les clients ;
- Élaborer des rapports et présenter les conclusions/recommandations visant à améliorer la monétisation et la fidélisation.

**Compétences et expérience requises**:

- Un baccalauréat (Bachelor's degree) en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe est souhaitable ;
- 2 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de comptes techniques, en ingénierie commerciale ou dans un domaine connexe, incluant des responsabilités au contact direct des clients ;
- Solide formation technique, assortie d'une expérience en matière d'intégration de systèmes, d'Ad-Tech et de SDK mobiles ;
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, accompagnées d'une expérience avérée dans l'établissement de relations solides avec les clients ;
- Solides compétences en matière de diagnostic et de résolution de problèmes, avec une attention particulière portée à la satisfaction du client ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à hiérarchiser les tâches et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
- Expérience de l'élaboration de documents techniques, y compris la documentation SDK, les guides d'intégration et les spécifications techniques ;
- Une bonne connaissance des langages de programmation tels que Java, Objective-C et Swift, ainsi que de la plateforme de développement Unity, est souhaitée ;
- Disponibilité pour se rendre à des conférences, visiter des clients et représenter Mistplay en cas de besoin ;
- Une expérience dans la création de contenu représente un avantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage the post-sale lifecycle of clients including the technical integration process for mobile SDKs and ensuring successful deployment and post-implementation support
- Provide technical support to clients, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during integration and ongoing use
- Proactively look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the Mistplay product suite
- Create technical documentation, including SDK and/ or API documentation, integration guides, and technical specifications supporting potential client customizations
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, including giving technical presentations, conducting product demos, and providing support for technical questions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business needs and technical requirements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in adtech and mobile SDK integration
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with clients
- Create reports and present findings/recommendations to improve monetization and retention
