Emplacement(s): Montréal (sur site)

Vous coordonnez les opérations logistiques entrantes et sortantes, y compris la gestion des stocks, l'entreposage et le transport, afin d'assurer l'approvisionnement en biens et produits. Vous contrôlerez l'impact commercial de l'ensemble des activités, depuis la réception, la localisation et l'expédition jusqu'à l'approvisionnement, l'achat et l'optimisation des niveaux de stock. Vous rendrez compte au chef d'équipe de la logistique.

Vos responsabilités - Votre carrière à Moneris- Contribuer à la mise à jour des politiques logistiques, des procédures, des plans de soutien et autres données similaires.- Assurer la liaison et négocier les tarifs de transport ou de logistique avec les fournisseurs et les clients afin d'améliorer la chaîne d'approvisionnement.- Analyser les domaines de la logistique d'entreprise afin de déterminer les moyens ou les méthodes les plus rentables pour transporter les stocks, les fournitures et les commandes.- Être le premier contact et résoudre les problèmes de productivité dans le département et veiller à la réalisation des accords de niveau de service du client pour le déploiement- Numériser les commandes dans l'ordinateur et suivre les expéditions sur plusieurs canaux.- Produire des mesures quotidiennes pour examen par la direction ; formuler des recommandations/suggestions sur de nouvelles approches et des améliorations de processus à l'intention de la direction.- Valider tous les besoins quotidiens et s'assurer que les stocks sont au bon endroit pour répondre aux besoins quotidiens.

Votre profil - Votre carrière à Moneris- Diplôme d'études supérieures dans une discipline connexe- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la logistique ou dans un rôle similaire- Maîtrise de l'AS400 ; compréhension des fonctions, des processus et de l'équipement des quais et de l'expédition- Maîtrise des programmes informatiques Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook)- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps, d'organisation et de hiérarchisation des priorités, et excellent sens du détail.
