We are looking for an exceptionally well-organized and analytical Growth Manager to lead the execution of various marketing and demand generation activities to fuel our growth and amplify our story.
**In this role, you will**:
- Partner closely with our Product, Design & Sales teams to identify high-potential channels and projects
- Launch, track, and optimize programs/campaigns across multiple channels to move prospects and customers down the funnel.
- Choose the best path of action for each project, coordinate internal resources, and leverage trusted external partners and agencies.
- Meticulously execute demand-gen activities, track and report the results to find the highest-ROI activities, and iteratively improve them.
- Own and report on a significant part of the marketing budget
- Own distribution channels; demand gen; inbound; supporting sales outbound efforts; website; marketing tech stack; a/b testing; marketing analytics; ad budget; relationship with SDRs; account-based marketing
**Requirements**:
- Ownership & Execution: outstanding project management and execution abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Experience with modern MarTech stack including CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), web analytics (GoogleAnalytics, HotJar, etc.), SEO, and Ad management.
- Analytical mindset and ability to implement tracking and data-driven decision-making across all projects. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
