Sales reps can take advantage of benefits after 3 months of employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential areas within assigned territories.
- Present and promote company products or services to potential customers.
- Engage with homeowners to identify their needs and demonstrate how our offerings can address them effectively.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by customers with professionalism and confidence.
- Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities, including the number of doors visited, leads generated, and sales closed.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and facilitate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to remain competitive in the field.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and customer confidentiality.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working in the field.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

**Salary**: $700.00-$3,500.00 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
