**Working at Fanshawe College**Hybrid Work**:This is a hybrid role (remote work and in-office - Oxbury Mall location and Advanced Business and Industry Solutions ). Subject to change at anytime.
- **Note**:This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week) starting March 1, 2024.-
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 4-year degree in Social Sciences or related field with advanced courses in planning, project management, research methodology, and grant writing
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience conducting needs assessments and qualitative research for the purposes of developing grant proposals on a regional, provincial, national, and global scale
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Advanced expertise in writing various types of grants
- High proficiency with word processing and presentation graphics to prepare reports and disseminate results to key stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of EDI
- Exceptional attention to detail is required
- Experience working independently and working collaboratively with internal and external partners is required
- Experience in a post-secondary environment is preferred
- Experience working within a business development environment
