**Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000**
**Location: Remote work - preferred homebase in Alberta (Edmonton, Hinton, Red Deer), Prince George or Okanagan BC may be considered**

As the Regional Fibre Manager, you will be responsible for the safe procurement & operational delivery of sustainable wood fibre (mill residuals, roundwood, bush grind) for the plants in this assigned region (Alberta = Entwistle & High Level, BC South = Lavington, Armstrong, Princeton) toward production of quality pellets to-target.

**About the role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for E2E ownership within your region of: overlap safety & emergency response (trucking, yard, diversion), process & sustainability compliance, cost optimization, planning & inventory coordination, OPS alignment & support, delivery (trucking & schedule), vendor & govt relations, and contract negotiation.

You will be expected to actively engage, remain industry-informed, and timely respond to dynamic supply challenges; as well proactively identify efficiency, profitability, and strategic opportunities unique to each delivery corridor and plant.

You will report to the Director of Fibre, Northern Operations.
