**Role Summary**

The production forklift driver is responsible for supporting palletizing, stretch wrapping finished goods produced on shift, and staging for shipments. They will also support bringing staged materials lineside for immediate production and organizing unused materials.

This position will be an integral part of the can line production team and report to the Brewery Supervisor and also support the Shift Utility Operator. From time to time, non-standard tasks can include loading or unloading materials and goods if trucks are scheduled in the off hours, loading shipments of full goods and packaging materials, receiving incoming shipments, and supporting team members and co-workers as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Organize and stage unused materials for day shift team
- Audit finished goods to brand specifications prior to wrapping
- Wrap finished goods and stage at docks for shipping
- Support the packaging team by working on the can line and palletizing as required
- Bring staged materials lineside for immediate production
- Support offshift shipping and receiving schedule
- Perform daily master cleaning tasks
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Forklift Operating certification required or ability to acquire one upon hire
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Safety focused with an accompanying track record
- Good communicator, ability to use impact and influencing skills
- Able to work under mínimal supervision, as well as with a team
- Takes initiative to stay organized and prepared with high attention to detail
- Ability to use scheduling systems to ensure efficient operations
- Able to work shift work (afternoons, nights, or weekends as required)

**Working Conditions**
- Work in a production warehouse environment: fast-paced, hot, and loud at times with equipment running
- The nature of the role requires non-traditional working hours and weekends shifts
- Overtime work may be required during peak seasons of operation
- Ability to lift 60lbs on a frequent basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
