Dessert Holdings is looking for Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team based in London, ON. This individual will be responsible for movingstock aroundwarehouse using a forklift andcomplete various warehouse duties, including workingin a cold environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_(this is meant to be an outline, not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)_
- Staging /set up of packaging materials in respective packaging departments.
- Picking and storing of raw materials
- Preparation of next day's receiving tickets
- Receiving of raw materials
- Locating products in the warehouse; use of forklift required
- Order selection and loading of trailers.
- Housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas
- Inventory cycle counts
- Working with power equipment, hi-reach forklifts and walkies
- Adherence to procedures, safety practices and policy

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have a valid forklift license for "**Narrow Aisle Reach Truck**" and"**Electric Counterbalance**."
- Must have at least 1-3 years' experience as a Forklift driver.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
- Comfortable workingin cold temperatures (freezer and refrigeration)
- Scheduling flexibility
- Ability to work independently, well organized, effective judgment.
- Focused on detail, accuracy and a strong mathematical aptitude.
- Cooperative and works well with others, strong communicator.

**Shift Summary**:

- A-shift
- Tuesday to Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm
- B-shift
- Sunday to Thursday 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- Tuesday to Saturday 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- C-shift
- Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm to 7:30am
- Tuesday to Saturday 11:00pm to 7:30am

**What We Offer**:
**Pay Rate**:Probationary rate per hour is$22.71

Full rate per houris $25.23

- Shift premiumfor all hours worked between 7:00 pm 5:00 am
- Weekend premium for all hours worked between 5:00 am - 7:00 pm.
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses upon completion of probation.
