Role Summary:
Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team as it relates to production, inventory management, and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures.

**This position will work on the First Shift: Monday-Friday from** **7:30am to 4pm.**

**Location: Leduc, AB.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Statistical control of the process.
- Production planning in different work centers.
- Supervision of machining, assembly, welding teams.
- Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
- Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role, within a manufacturing and fast-paced environment.
- Millwright experience.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
- Understanding of KPIs
- General knowledge in machining, assembly, welding.
- Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

- Experience with industrial pumps.
- Experience with ISO-9000-14000
- Knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME)
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
