Event Set Up Crew

Event Design Company is looking for high-energy, detail orientated drivers and set up & take down crew.

This is a permanent hourly employee. Hours vary depending upon level of business each week and there is potential to achieve full time hours many weeks depending upon availability and work ethic.

Qualified applicants will:

- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have experience loading furniture & other heavy items
- Be able to withstand long hours on your feet & repeated lifting up to 30lbs
- Be available to work most evenings & weekends (our work is done in non-traditional hours)
- Have the ability to work well within a team and help management set & maintain high levels of productivity
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be able to take direction and work well within a team structure & hierarchy
- Provide their own Steel toed boots (as required by our health & safety program) and adhere to our H&S policy & procedures

Bonus if you are able and willing to drive company vehicles (15passenger van, 3ton truck, 5ton truck)
- Drivers must be able to provide a clean driving abstract at the time of hiring
- Drivers need to be over the age of 25 for vehicle insurance purposes

Successful crew members are those that understand that we work hard until the job is complete. Often there are split shifts as there is a set up during the day and then return that same evening to take the event down.

**Salary**: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
