We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess / takeout specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant
- Answer phone calls and take orders
- Quality check all food leaving the kitchen
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Provide information about menu items and restaurant services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the establishment as needed

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
