We are hiring for a Technology Center Technician to work in our Technology Centre. **Your Purpose**:
As the Technology Centre Technician, you will provide technical support to our customers and conduct all in-house testing needs through the Unifiller Tech Centre.

**Your Primary Duties**:

- Perform in-house equipment tests and evaluations
- Review and understand customers depositing and food production
- Schedule and maintain the Tech Centre Calendar following internal procedures, working with all the different departments involved with it
- Maintain the Tech Centre clean and well organized
- Update the Tech Centre inventory updated, request parts and accessories as needed following internal procedures
- Manage customer expectations and maintain rapport with customers
- Assess potential sales opportunities; suggest improved methods and techniques to help with their food production challenges; recommend system improvements
- Update Customer database as required
- Update Product Knowledge Base as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Your qualifications**:

- If you have experience in the Baking Industry or Food Industry, that is great as we work with a variety of products If not, that’s okay too
- You have an educational background or experience with electrical/mechanical equipment
- You can interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures
- You can lift up to 50 lbs.
- You have experience with the following systems: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). If you are not familiar with some, that is okay As long as you are willing to learn, then we are willing to teach
- You have amazing organizational, and time management skills and can multi-task
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- If you can speak a second language, that would be great It makes it easier for us to communicate with our customers if we have staff that speaks their language. We currently speak 20+ different languages at Unifiller.
