**Summary**:
Our growing FPP Division is seeking to hire an **FPP Project Logistics Specialist** who will assist our FPP Project Coordinator in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner and maintains daily records for products and shipments to identify which products need to be replenished.

To be successful as an **FPP Project Logistics Specialist**, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

**The primary responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to**:

- Implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures
- Examine the levels of stocking materials and supplies to determine shortages
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Document daily shipments and deliveries
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
- Evaluating new inventory, ensuring when they are ready to be shipped
- Kitting for projects from multiple suppliers to a single shipping point
- Properly request new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or deficits or inefficiencies
- Train new employees as needed
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Maintain FPP warehouse including labeling and adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- Communicate daily with project management team
- As assigned and when needed configure products for shipment and or testing
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
- Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

**Academic Training**:

- College diploma in business, finance and administration preferred.

**Work Experience**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.

**Specific Competencies**:

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
