Uride is growing and we'd love for you to come along for the ride We are currently looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join the team.

This is a full-time remote position.

**Overview**

The PPC Specialist will play an essential role on our Marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize paid search strategies across various platforms and social channels.

Marketing is a large part of our business and this is a key role in driving targeted traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving business objectives through effective Search Engine Marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone that can use data to tell a story.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage online paid advertising campaigns including the implementation, search engine optimization (SEO), and analysis of ad performance
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify the most effective keywords and targeting strategies for paid search campaigns
- Ensure that campaigns are targeted effectively to reach the right audience, and manage ad spend to maximize ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Track and report on KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud and irrelevant spend
- Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, target audiences, boost conversions
- Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders, providing analytics and data reports to facilitate continuous improvement
- Keep up to date on PPC and SEM trends

**What we are looking for**
- 2+ years of experience in a PPC/SEM, Digital Marketing, or related role.
- Google Ads certification, Google Analytics + Meta certifications required (certificates need to have been held for at least 3 months, proof of certification will be required)
- Certifications that we are looking for: Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, Google Measurement, Google Video, Google Apps, Google Analytics Individual, Meta Planning Professional, Meta Media Buying Professional, Meta Creative Strategy Professional
- Experience with AI tools is considered an asset
- Familiarity with CAC and the ability to achieve at least $1 lower than the forecasted cost
- Highly analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills, able to interpret campaign metrics and adjust accordingly
- Proficient knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Wix Suite, Meta, Tableau, WebTrends, Looker Studio etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and their impact on business objectives, we are looking for an individual that can use data to tell a story
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate cross functionally with other teams
- Knowledge of how Google updates will impact SEO and Paid Ads
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
