**Digital Marketing Assistant**

Interlock Metal Roofing, located in Delta BC, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Assistant with a focus on content development for online and offline marketing Channels, including Streaming Video, Graphic Design, Photography, and Social Media management. If you are passionate about marketing, possess exceptional video and design skills, while having a deep understanding of social media platforms, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets. Develop content that effectively communicates our brand message resonates with our target audience. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is essential.

**Social Media Management**:Work with in-house digital marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing and media plans to enhance our online presence and develop our lead flow. Curate and create compelling content for various social media platforms such Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.

**Campaign Coordination**:Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables. Assist with tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

**Market Research**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for marketing strategies and positioning.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1-year of proven experience in graphic design and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.

3. Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices for business engagement.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

7. Familiarity with home improvement or related industries is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
